That mean your computer is unable to read the data2.cab file.
Make sure you have plenty of free space on the harddisk.
Antivirus programs and other anti-malware programs can disturb an installation so try disabling these programs before starting the installation.
Have you checked the disk for fingerprints and/or scratches?
Fingerprints can be removed by washing in clean water (no soap) and dry with a clean lint-free cloth.
If the disk is scratched there are different solutions:
- Scratches can be removed by very gently polishing the scratch(es) with toothpaste. Polish either from the center of the disk and outwards or in tiny circles. Rinse as above and try if it helps. If not repeat the process. It's very important to be very gentle while polishing as to much polishing or too much pressure while polishing will ruin the disk.
- Some gaming shops will polish your CD/DVD for a little money if you ask. I've heard GameCrazy does that but I don't know if that chain is close to where you live.
- If offering to pay one can sometimes get the local library to polish a scratched CD/DVD.
